An escape room, also known as an escape game, puzzle room or exit game, is a game in which a team of players discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in one or more rooms to accomplish a specific goal in a limited amount of time. They will have to race against the clock and decipher clues to find their way out of the escape room.
Our Escape Rooms are suitable for all ages, but with a recommended minimum age of 12 years old for maximum engagement and understanding as they can play without an adult.
For children under 12 years old (7-11yo) being accompanied by a paying adult while playing is mandatory.
You will be ‘locked’ in the room for a maximum of 60 minutes but remember, you’re trying to beat the clock. You should arrive 10-15 minutes before your start time to complete the waiver and proceed with your payment.
We are using an Auto Help system that means every time you need help you can refer to it. You can get help every 5 minutes. Our Game Masters will explain you all the details before your game starts.

If there’s enough space in your game and you’d like to add an additional player to your team, please do so (maximum of 8 players). You don’t need to inform us in advance, however, make sure you will join all of you at the same time so you can have a smooth start of the game.
If you’re running late then please phone us as soon as possible and we can still, try to fit you in. However, due to the nature of the game, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we will be unable to accommodate your booking.
All bookings are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time, subject to availability.

Our games are designed to be played by groups of up to 8 people per room. Unfortunately, any more would mean the rooms become too cramped. However, if you’re part of a bigger group, you can book multiple rooms so your teams can compete against each other!
It is required to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, that allows freedom in movement during your activity.
